receive copy messages and emails on a 24 x 7 basis, so can respond
quickly to emergencies at properties that we fully manage.

We carry not only Professional Indemnity, but also Client Money Protection insurances (both arranged through Lloyds of London).
There are differing criteria to consider depending on whether your property is geared to Long-Term or to Short-Term Tenancies and whether it is furnished or unfurnished.
