Unlike most of our local competitors, we can offer property viewings 7 days a week and on Public Holidays too. For vacant properties, we have arranged viewings at 6.30am or 9pm on weekdays for busy City executives. We also
receive copy messages and emails on a 24 x 7 basis, so can respond
quickly to emergencies at properties that we fully manage.
Fees for tenant referencing (including the legally required "Right to Rent" checks), tenancy agreement and security deposit registration apply. These can vary according to individual circumstances and
full explanatory details are given in writing at time of viewing the property
or in advance upon request. We charge amongst the lowest fees in the area,
typically £300 for a single person tenancy, £375 for a couple or family tenancy. When there are multiple tenants, then additional
referencing is normally necessary and if guarantors are required (eg for
student lets) then legal guarantor agreements are required too.
